STOP TRYING TO STOP YOUR THOUGHTS. Be okay with your thoughts. Let them flow through you.

YOU CONTROL YOU & ONLY focus on positive empowering thoughts... music... & videos... your actions... & people... I love you buddy.

Depression, anxiety & stress appear when your lifestyle doesn't fit you. Change your lifestyle by TAKING ACTION. What do you need to do to get your life correct? Make a PLAN TO GET IT CORRECT & DO IT. STICK TO THE PLAN, YOU WILL SUCCEED. I GOT YOU. Start little by little... make the action you are taking efficient & a habit. So you don't wear out & burn out. |
Don't Walk Up The Staircase. Take a step; then take another step; then take another step; then take another step. In other words, Don't overwhelm yourself by doing everything the day you start achieving your goal. ie. Say you have 42 pages due in two months. (Just sayin'). Write one page a day for a week, then next week, write two pages for a week, then the week after next week, write three pages a day. Get it?... Awesome :) Attain a habit!
Want to have a positive life?
I personally exercise 6 days a week. I run Mon./Tues, upper body Wen./Thurs. & Friday off. Then upper body again Sat./Sun.
When I exercise, I feel more energized, more focused & clear-minded to take on the day. ...At that time I listen to positive audios like Joel Osteen's podcast. & audios like "Infinite" & "Life is infinite". Working out almost everyday & listening to positive audio everyday WILL GET YOUR LIFE POSITIVE.

Clear your mind.
Calm down. Detach yourself from your seat, bed or wherever you are. Step away & stand up, go outside & ONLY breath through your nose. & take TWENTY deep breaths then ask yourself, "What would I be doing right now as a kid?" & appreciate that you are alive. Have gratitude that you are alive. Or do this wherever you are.
- In every breath, with your eyes, draw the number you are on with your eyes closed silly, not open. FULLY breath in & FULLY exhale all the way. & Inhale & draw the number with your eyes CLOSED silly, up to TWENTY. Breath not from your chest, but from your belly button. When you breath from your diaphragm, you will feel more euphoria in your body. Breath from your diaphragm. & I just learned how to spell diaphragm... I Googled it.. I'm cool |
- Again, Step 1 Go outside || Step 2 Take 20 deep breaths, with your nose ONLY & draw the number that you are on, with your eyes || Step 3 Ask yourself, "What would I be doing as a kid right now" & re-live whatever that moment is as a kid & have gratitude that you are alive. Make this an everyday habit.
See how you feel. If that is relieving. do it again & do it over & over till you get cold out there. Thank me later. & Quick tip, listening to music helps if it's awkward. |

(Write your answers down on a piece of paper LOOK AT YOUR ANSWERS EVERYDAY!!) 1. What do you want?? Huh? Write EXACTLY what it is. Do you want to be Happy/Successful/Freedom? A new dog? Guitar? Don't over complicate this one, people over-complicate this question. Most people over think when it's as simple as........ what makes you happy buddy? GO DO IT. Does dancing to music make you happy? GO DO IT. Do you want to go in a freefalling simulator? Just simply write down EVERYTHING you think is awesome & cool & you want to do. Don't be vague/generic. Don't say "I wanna make more money", say "I want to make 5,000 a month by the first day of January 1st. next year & I want to keep earning more & more over time." Don't say "I want some friends", say "I want amazing, positive, awesome, don't hold me down by being negative, funny, care about me, listen to me, invest in me, have my concern, give their time to me & love me". You get it? WHAT DO YOU WANT? Write for an hour. Start small, then get bigger. If you had all the money in the world & money was not an issue to you, what would you want to do or want in life? 2. WHY? Why do you want that? Huh? I love you even more if you actually answer these & write these down, because this will get you successful/happy & knowing where you are going in life. Stop running around in circles. Your 'WHY' is your purpose.. MY PURPOSE IS TO HELP & GIVE A PLATFORM TO HELP & SIMPLIFY SOCIETY. Because life is not complicated. It's just us humans tend to complicate things & that leaves us in mental rooms of traps we set out for ourselves. But It's not your fault, you are only human. I made traps put out for myself, but I learned how to 'leave the room of traps', with KNOWLEDGE. "Just ask & you shall receive." Ask for answers to life & you will get it. Get it? WHY do you want those things you wrote on #1? WHY!!!!!!. Write that down. "IF YOUR WHY DOESN'T MAKE YOU CRY, YOU WILL NEVER GET WHATEVER IT IS. BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR GOAL.. WHEN YOU CARE YOU PUT IN YOUR WHOLE LIFE. THAT'S THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO GET ANYTHING IN THIS LIFE.. YOUR SOUL, HEART, BLOOD, TEARS & ENERGY. YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING IF YOU PUT YOUR ALL IN IT. So care.. okay?? CRY! My why makes me cry because I KNOW SOMEONE RIGHT NOW IS CRYING & BREAKING DOWN, BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW THE THINGS YOU GET HERE IN FREEDSOULS. That really, really sucks ya know? But I can't save the world, anyway, number 3. |
3. HOW BAD DO YOU WAN IT??
Are you dying to be successful in life as bad as you want to breath if you were drowning in water? If you do, you will be successful. Get out of your own way! Don't be lazy, you got to to get off your butt to ever get to success. It's like expecting to get to the store by sitting on your couch. Get off your butt, you might miss an opportunity. Work on your 'will'. HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO SUCCEED! (Willpower). Exercise your willpower. Make decisions, that help you in the long run & drop decisions that only TEMPORARILY help in the meantime, but leave you stranded in the long run. Don't feel bad if you can't perfectly do this. We are not perfect. But still strive to be perfect. I have things that are not perfect about me, but what matters is, I am working on it. 4. What are you willing to sacrifice to get what you want? Are you willing to sacrifice your life, belongings, everything you care about, to get what you want in life? Sometimes you got to take it! Life isn't going to hand it to you.. Alright?? You got to take it. GRAB LIFE BY THE HORNS. YOU HAVE THE WORLD IN YOUR HANDS. IT'S YOUR WORLD, NOBODY ESLE'S. When you get up in the morning, who brushes your teeth? YOU who has to pick up the fork to put food in your mouth TO EAT TO STAY ALIVE? YOU. WHO WASHES YOUR BUTT TO KEEP YOU GROOMED????????? YOU NOBODY'S IS GOING TO WASH YOUR BUTT FOR YOU, THIS IS YOUR LIFE. Own it. You got this. I love you buddy. or I wouldn't have came all this way just to type this & give you knowledge & help you bro.
