Step 1 Search for people that need you.
Tell a person with anxiety or depression on media sites like FaceBook, Twitter, Google+, a Neighbor or YouTube by typing in the search bar 'Depress, people who are depressed, people who have anxiety, depression, depressed (Get Creative and type in a word or that you think someone will use in their post)' OR 'Anxiety Disorder, anxiety, anxiety attack (Get Creative)' or whatever you had personally and got cured (type your cured condition in the search bar). And the results will pull up like this. Or search for people on any site where people need your help. You don't have to use FaceBook or the sites I recommend if you don't want to...
With Facebook, use "People" in front of who the people you are looking for will have on the search bar.
Ie. "People that are dealing with depression", "People that listen to ____ music" "People that liked ____ page"
On Twitter, use a single word of specific word you know someone would be using to day
Ie. "Depression", "Panic attacks", "Anxiety", "Anxiety attacks"
Be creative with the words you are using to find people that really need your help
& I recommend that you do some research on the internet of how to not get your account temporary blocked for messaging & adding people.
Ie. "FackBook message limit" or "Twitter add limit"
