Hey buddy, don't hold things in or you're going to erupt.
If you have anger towards something or you just want to get something off your chest or just talk to someone because you have something on your mind, LET IT OUT! Or you will bust almost like this picture right here. Talk to someone, me, a friend, write it in a journal, on a piece of paper JUST LET IT OUT!!! |
Because that is also stress. Let out your stress, before you let it out on someone else or do something you are going to regret. I say go yell where no one can hear you or draw on piece of paper in LOGIC & logic your emotions. Like on your computer 'Paint.exe' draw what's bothering you or in a journal. The point is, let out whatever you are feeling. Don't bottle things up buddy, it's bad for your body, brain & soul, & society.

Make a list of positive things to call yourself everyday. Watch the video above & he will explain why. Place it where you will see it everyday so you can be positive & have a positive life. here's my list. I look at this everyday I grab my floss, toothbrush & toothpaste. It WORKS.
